银行内控专员(6个月)职位描述

　　服务内容/Position: GS-MO 内控专员(6个月)

　　服务地点/Address: 浦东世纪大道地铁站

　　服务描述/ Brief description of service:

　　德资银行 GS-MO 内控专员(6个月)

　　Provide independent control services and general administrative tasks for Branches in China. Ensure Commerzbank guidelines and policies stipulated by the firm are diligently executed and identified weakness in processes and controls are reported timely to relevant parties for resolutions.

　　Support Operational Risk Manager and Management by performing regular checks and testings of internal controls using the firm’s control catalogue as the basis for control activities.

　　Work closely with the Team Head to ensure all obectives and initiatives are met and the operational problems are resolved promptly and effectively.

　　Provide controls and review in service driven attitude and cooperate with other risk and control functions (finance, operational risk, audit, internal control etc.) to strengthen control framework.

　　Ensure recommendations of Internal and External Auditors and regulators have been implemented. Involve in reporting of audit findings and reviews to management; recommending appropriate and practical actions to be address any issues identified.

　　Ensure that all controls are performed and open items are followed up and closed without any exceptions. Advise where local rules and regulations command for additional controls or amendments.

　　Participate in special control tasks including but not limited to year-end controls.

　　Perform all control tasks with critical care and service attitude; consult/escalate with team-lead on any exceptional or suspicious items.

　　Foster and strengthen teamwork to enhance overall team performance

　　Develop trustful partnership with peers in other departments

　　From time to time act as back-up for other control functions, e.g. the reconcilaitions specialist

　　服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

　　At least CET 6

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills

　　Service oriented and a good team player

　　Has initiative and is able to work independently

　　Well versed with respective local regulatory requirements

　　Strong problem solving skills

　　可考虑优秀13届本科，海归。金融/财会类专业都可。

　　薪资：税前3.5K。
